We still need to detect the cursor rolling onto the stage or off the stage. For this purpose we use the ΓÇ£fullstageΓÇ¥ movie clip symbol. Double-click the fullstage movie clip symbol in your Library. Select the button within the movie and in the Object Actions window select on mouseevent and chose Rollover from the checkboxes at the bottom. Chose ΓÇ£set variableΓÇ¥ and set the ΓÇ£onstageΓÇ¥ variable in the scripts instance to 1. You do this by referring to the variable with its full path in the ΓÇ£variableΓÇ¥ field. Write ΓÇ£/scripts:onstageΓÇ¥ into the ΓÇ£variable field and set the value to 1.
